You agree to indemnify Closium’s Service Providers for any claims, expenses, and damages that may arise due to your failure to inform them of any changes to your wireless phone number, including claims arising under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
In the event of a dispute between you and Closium, both parties agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration, waiving the right to have disputes decided by a judge or jury. You have the option to opt-out of this agreement to arbitrate.
